Michael Hubbard, a University of Iowa student and a local landlord, founded LiveinIowaCity.com. Inspiration struck when he was forced to find a new tenant with almost no notice. The vision for LiveinIowaCity.com was a comprehensive and organized "online bulletin board" for quickly matching tenants with landlords and providing local residents an online resource for living in the Iowa City Area.
